		Nan Ya Plastics Corporation USA, located in Wharton, Texas (job site),
		is seeking a full-time Project Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry
		or Materials Engineering and 2 year related work experience. Job duties
		include optimizing the chemical processes including reaction parameters,
		mixing conditions, and material flow paths, evaluating the chemical
		compatibility and process performance of plastic raw materials, additives,
		solvents, and colorants, testing material samples to ensure conformance
		to specifications, developing and validating chemical formulations to
		reduce costs, conducting feasibility studies, bench tests, pilot trials,
		and scale-up evaluations, analyzing test data to determine process
		operating efficiency and establish statistical process control,
		conducting chemical experiments including polymerization, dispersion,
		compounding, and surface treatment, and developing new processes to
		conserve energy and reduce carbon emissions.
